We assist them in negotiating and drafting contracts necessary for their activities, including venue rental agreements, rights transfer contracts, performance transfer contracts, co-production agreements, audiovisual recording contracts, music synchronization licenses, and contracts with artists and service providers (including contracts with ticket sales companies). We are increasingly involved in immersive digital performances and exhibitions.
