Noam Fitoussi

NOAM SPECIALIZES IN INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAW, COPYRIGHT LAW, AND AUDIOVISUAL LAW.

Noam provides both advisory and litigation services to companies in the creative and technology industries. In the audiovisual sector, Noam also assists both French and international clients on a range of contractual structures as well as specific regulatory issues. Before joining Crossen + Borowsky, Noam was an associate at a Parisian law firm specializing in intellectual property and new technology law. He received his training as an intern at a renowned law firm in media and audiovisual law.

Noam was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2023. He holds a Master’s degree in Audiovisual Law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, and a Master’s degree in Business Law from Paris-Descartes University. He works in French, English, and Spanish.
