Perrine Aptel

PERRINE SPECIALIZES IN INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAW, COPYRIGHT LAW, AND AUDIOVISUAL LAW.

Perrine provides both advisory and litigation services to companies in the creative and technology industries. In the audiovisual sector, Perrine also assists both French and international clients on a range of contractual structures as well as specific regulatory issues. Before joining Crossen + Borowsky, Perrine worked as an associate in a renowned Parisian law firm specializing in intellectual property and new technology law. She also worked for two years as a legal counsel for a digital company based in Stockholm, Sweden. Her training includes several internships at prestigious French and Anglo-Saxon law firms, focusing on intellectual property and new technology law.

Perrine was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2024. She holds a Master’s degree in International Business Law and a degree qualification in in-house legal studies (Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d’Entreprise) from Aix-Marseille University and a Master’s degree in Business Law from Cardiff University in the United Kingdom.
