Sophie Borowsky

WITH OVER THREE DECADES OF EXPERIENCE, SOPHIE HAS ESTABLISHED HERSELF AS A PROMINENT FIGURE IN AUDIOVISUAL AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAW. HER PRACTICE ENCOMPASSES BOTH ADVISORY SERVICES AND LITIGATION, REFLECTING HER BELIEF THAT COURTROOM EXPERIENCE ENHANCES HER ABILITY TO DRAFT CONTRACTS AND PROVIDE STRATEGIC COUNSEL.

A strong international orientation has shaped Sophie’s career:

• Master’s degree in International Law from the University of Paris II
• LLM from New York University

This academic foundation permits her to effectively navigate the global complexities of intellectual property cases, addressing her clients’ international challenges with expertise.

Over a decade ago, Sophie co-founded a specialized intellectual property law firm with Raechel, capitalizing on her extensive experience in the field.

Sophie offers her services in both French and English, broadening her ability to serve a diverse clientele.

For many years, Sophie has been an integral part of the Ludwigsburg/Paris Workshop at FEMIS, where she leads a training program in audiovisual contracts, sharing her knowledge with the next generation of professionals in the audiovisual sector.

Sophie is a member of the Paris Bar.
